Built by Opus construction in 1989, this building with its great structural elements lacked a modern touch. The building renovation started in the atrium as it is the focal point, greeting tenants and their visitors daily. Through a sleek timeless design we were able to create a professional platform that set the stage for the continued improvements.

As an environmental company, BayWest’s mission was to create a sustainable space. Using renewable materials, installing reduced flow fixtures, energy efficient lighting and appliances, we accomplished this and more by also paying particular attention to our construction waste and reducing the amount sent to our landfills. This environmental approach blended with innovative design created a space that not only excites but also showcases their most important assets, their employees.
