Wayzata Community Sailing Center

A centerpiece design for the city of Wayata that adds form and function with its multi use spaces, viewing areas, and year-round community room. The concept for this building complements the adjacent Wayzata Yacht Club and brings more opportunities for community activities, club functions and a city events on Wayzata Bay.
